Next-Gen Longest-Life Screw-In Powertrain Vent
(SMPL / VE2048M16)
- Highest pre-filter capacity in Gore’s portfolio enables the longest venting life.
- Higher airflow than our standard vents.
- Easy screw-in integration with a smaller thread size allowing for a smaller protrusion through the component housing; vent replacement, if required, is easy.
Next-Gen Compact Screw-In Powertrain Vent
(SMPL / VE2048M22)
- Compact construction with a pre-filter housed in the threads, making it very low profile.
- Higher airflow and higher pre-filter capacity than our standard vents for even longer service life.
- Easy screw-in integration to housing; vent replacement, if required, is easy.

(SMPL / VE2048P)

- Tube-mount “distances” vent from potential exposure to high temperatures or lubricants.
- Tube format enables more flexibility in routing, especially for traditional powertrain components.

Gore’s next-gen powertrain vents deliver even longer lifetime across our VE2048 portfolio — up to 3.25x more than our standard benchmark vents. Results are based on our lab testing to evaluate and validate our vents under relevant field conditions.
