GORE® Low Emission Filter Bags

GORE Low Emission Filter Bags have a PTFE-based seam tape that makes it virtually impossible for dust to leak through the stitch holes.

The high-temperature, high-durability PTFE-based seam tape used in GORE Low Emission Filter Bags makes it virtually impossible for dust to leak through the stitch holes.

Our proprietary membrane:

  • Remains mechanically robust, keeping emissions under control for the life of your filter bags
  • Stops emissions by covering leak paths created by stitching holes
  • Enhances the particle capture efficiency of your baghouse
  • Will not crack in use, offering excellent chemical resistance and temperature resistance up to 260 °C

Durable Cement and Chemical Filter Bags for the Most Challenging Particle Capture Applications

GORE Low Emission Filter Bags are the ultimate bag filter for industries dealing with very fine particulates.

Chemicals Processing

  • Product separation and collection in a broad range of chemical manufacturing processes such as reactor-, dryer-, micronizer-, purge gas- and packaging filters

Cement Industry / Minerals Processing

  • Particulate removal for cement kiln, clinker cooler and finish mill bag filters.
  • Achieving emissions control in pulse jet or reverse air baghouses with the lowest total cost of ownership, while complying with environmental regulations.

Metals Processing

  • Process venting filters in lead plants, ferroalloy furnaces, iron and steel plants, secondary aluminum smelters and precious metals smelters.

Incineration / Waste-to-Energy

  • Flue gas cleaning of waste incineration and biomass-to-energy power plants in primary filters, dry and semidry sorption systems as well as end-of-pipe filters.
