Hindalco Awards Contract for Flue Gas Desulphurization (FGD) System to W. L. Gore & Associates

Hindalco has awarded a contract to W. L. Gore for FGD control with its Sorbent Polymer Catalyst technology at the Renusagar Site for an 80MW unit. The GORE® SO2 Control System is a catalytic, reagent-less FGD system designed to fit tight spaces, consume less water, and reduce operating costs.
