W. L. Gore & Associates announced that its GORE-SELECT® Membrane received Toyota Motor Corporation’s prestigious Project Award in the Technology Section. GORE-SELECT® Membrane was selected for its innovative technology, which contributes to the performance and value of the new MIRAI, Toyota’s premium fuel-cell electric vehicle introduced in December 2020.

Gore announced today it was named a Silver Supplier for exceptional performance and contributions to supply chain success in 2020 by BAE Systems’ Electronic Systems sector. 

 A multi-year fuel cell supply agreement was announced today between Ballard Power Systems and W. L. Gore & Associates. A signing ceremony at the 6th International Hydrogen Fuel Cell Vehicle Congress (FCVC 2021) honored the two companies’ prior collaborations and supply partnerships.

For the past five years, Gore’s proprietary GORE LOW DRAG Filter Bag technology has provided a sustainable and low-cost-of-ownership solution for a wide range of product collection applications, such as TiO2 packing bins. Now, the benefits of this technology are extended to high-temperature pulse-jet TiO2 applications.

Hindalco has awarded a contract to W. L. Gore for FGD control with its Sorbent Polymer Catalyst technology at the Renusagar Site for an 80MW unit. The GORE® SO₂ Control System is a catalytic, reagent-less FGD system designed to fit tight spaces, consume less water, and reduce operating costs.

W. L. Gore & Associates (Gore) announced a new higher-frequency 40Ghz option for its GORE-FLIGHT® Microwave Assemblies. 
The new option will help EW and C5ISR users and customers who want to transport electrical signals reliably with minimal size, weight and power. The newest capability for GORE-FLIGHT Microwave Assemblies will allow for higher frequency applications that will offer low loss, high integrity and greater longevity cables.
