- Compliance with all applicable laws and regulations governing international trade, including but not limited to import and export controls, sanctions, anti-boycott regulations, and anti-corruption laws.
- Conducting due diligence on our partners, including suppliers, agents, distributors, and customers, to ensure they comply with applicable trade laws and regulations.
- Providing training and resources to our employees and partners to promote awareness and understanding of trade compliance requirements.
- Maintaining accurate and complete records of all transactions and activities related to international trade, as required by law.
- Commitment to Trade security programs by maintaining AEO and CTPAT certification.
- Promptly reporting any suspected violations of trade laws or regulations to the appropriate authorities and taking appropriate corrective action.

Review the CTPAT Security Criteria below, which includes a resource list and the booklets/guides needed to meet all Minimum Security Criteria (MSC) for 2020.
Step 2
Complete the Master CTPAT Provider Security Questionnaire below.
This document allows the providers to respond to the CTPAT minimum security requirements for evaluation as a potential provider.

Return the completed questionnaire to CTPAT@wlgore.com.
