We strive to maintain the highest standards of integrity and ethical behavior in all our business dealings. W. L. Gore & Associates, Inc has established controls to ensure our products and services are not provided to parties aiming for the development and proliferation of weapons of mass destruction or their delivery systems, or other unauthorized end uses. Our trade compliance program is designed to ensure that we and our partners comply with all applicable laws and regulations, and that we conduct business in an ethical and responsible manner.

Our commitment to trade compliance includes:

  1. Compliance with all applicable laws and regulations governing international trade, including but not limited to import and export controls, sanctions, anti-boycott regulations, and anti-corruption laws.
  2. Conducting due diligence on our partners, including suppliers, agents, distributors, and customers, to ensure they comply with applicable trade laws and regulations.
  3. Providing training and resources to our employees and partners to promote awareness and understanding of trade compliance requirements.
  4. Maintaining accurate and complete records of all transactions and activities related to international trade, as required by law.
  5. Commitment to Trade security programs by maintaining AEO and CTPAT certification.
  6. Promptly reporting any suspected violations of trade laws or regulations to the appropriate authorities and taking appropriate corrective action.

We expect all W. L. Gore associates and business partners to uphold these standards of trade compliance and to act with integrity and ethical behavior in all their business dealings.

The following resources are provided to Gore's suppliers, enabling them to learn more about the required CTPAT security processes.

Step 1

Review the CTPAT Security Criteria below, which includes a resource list and the booklets/guides needed to meet all Minimum Security Criteria (MSC) for 2020.

Step 2

Complete the Master CTPAT Provider Security Questionnaire below.

This document allows the providers to respond to the CTPAT minimum security requirements for evaluation as a potential provider.

Step 3

Return the completed questionnaire to CTPAT@wlgore.com.
