In August of 1975, Gore completed the first U.S. sale of the original GORE-TEX® Vascular Graft*, marking the beginning of our medical products business.

Since then, we have spent 50 years solving complex medical challenges. With more than 55 million devices implanted in patients around the world, we are proud to celebrate our past and excited to look ahead to what’s next.
