Visit GORE at BioProcessing Summit in Boston
August 15, 2022 - August 18, 2022
Boston, MA, U.S. + virtual

Join W. L. Gore & Associates for the Live + Virtual 14th Annual Bioprocessing Summit
As one of the event sponsors, Gore invites you to join us at the Boston Sheraton, Booth # 311 — or join us online — to:
- Attend our presentation about membrane chromatography’s productive potentials in antibody-based therapies.
- Find out how you can capture more mAbs in less time.
- Discover a more robust option for handling, storing and transporting bulk drug substances after freezing.

Program Stream #2:
Downstream Processing: Advanced Technologies and Approaches
Rapid, Consistently-Scalable Protein A Membrane Chromatography
William Barrett, Ph.D. Product Specialist, GORE® Protein Capture Devices with Protein A
10:30 a.m. EDT, Thursday Aug 18, 2022
Attend our presentation
Our featured speaker, Dr. Bill Barrett, will share insights about increasing productivity in downstream processing through the use of Gore’s high-throughput affinity capture devices. The presentation includes use-cases as well as data demonstrating consistent scalability over multiple bed volumes: commercial sizes up to 232 mL, as well as larger, next-generation devices.

Capture more mAbs in less time
The GORE® Protein Capture Device with Protein A can improve productivity in affinity purification of monoclonal antibodies. With higher binding capacity at shorter residence time than agarose bead-based technologies, these Devices can reduce overall process time to improve throughput and yields.
Choose a more robust option for cold-chain storage
GORE® STA-PURE® Flexible Freeze Containers offer robust protection for drug substances during cold-chain handling, storage and transport. Their strength and durability plus high purity with low extractables means less risk of losing high-value pharmaceuticals if an accident happens.
Don’t miss our Poster Session
Rapid Cycling using the GORE® Protein Capture Device with Protein A, 58 mL for Clinical Applications
Our Poster quantifies the performance and productivity gains that can be achieved using the 58 mL GORE Protein Capture Device (PROA201) during non-loading steps, using a representative harvest. The results demonstrate an increase in productivity from approximately 88 g L-1 h-1 to 143 g L-1 h-1.
Exhibit Hours / Poster Sessions*:
