Easy, Economical Integration. No Cap Modification

GORE Liners easily convert non-vented containers into vented containers without modifying the existing cap or closure. They are available in two series – Foam Liners and Pulp Induction Liners and provide unprecedented performance for the extreme challenges faced by fertilizers, pesticides, household chemicals and cleaners.

GORE Induction Liner White Membrane & Foam Liner

Benefits of Liners:

  • Easy to integrate without re-design of cap.
  • Designed for cap-thread venting or hole-in-cap venting.
  • Available in single- and multi-up rolls in a range of widths
  • Cut parts can also be provided

Benefits of GORE Packaging Vents include:

  • Continuously equalize pressure differentials, to prevent packaging of chemicals from deforming, leaking or bursting.
  • Quickly recover their venting capabilities after liquid contact, even with most challenging formulations.
  • Protect the integrity of packaging and labeling, to prevent damage to the brand’s image or reputation.

The roll-off optimized GORE Membrane enables rapid airflow recovery after contact with high-viscosity or low surface-tension household chemicals.
GORE Liners are developed for fertilizer, pesticides, household chemicals and cleaners.

More specifically:

  • Foam Liners: Two Series, with full-surface membranes, for all flat-cap designs. Easy drop-in replacements for all single-point or unvented liners, in applications from consumer chemicals to DOT and ADR-regulated packaging.
  • Pulp Induction Liners: Two Series, for agrochemical bottles (up to 20 l). Weldable installation ensures tamper-evidence; membrane construction provides needed breathability for gas-scavenging chemicals and off-gassing liquids.

The portfolio of GORE Liners include GORE Foam Liners and GORE Pulp Induction Liners.

GORE Foam Liners

Gore Foam Liners reliably vent hazardous chemicals, agrochemicals, liquid fertilizers, institutional cleaners and household chemicals.

  • Easy drop-in replacements for all single-point or unvented liners.
  • Choose Standard Series or High Performance Series for more challenging chemistries.
  • Full-surface construction, outperforming single-point liners, increases liquid repellency and residual airflow.
  • More reliable leak-resistance during transport and handling, due to improved Water Entry Pressure (WEP) resistance and competitive levels of Liquid Entry Pressure (LEP) resistance in most standard applications.
  • For all flat-cap designs in applications from consumer chemicals to DOT and ADR-regulated packaging.

Gore Pulp Induction Liners

Gore Pulp Induction Liners provide reliable venting and tamper-evidence for agrochemicals including organic biostimulants.

  • For agrochemical bottles (up to 5 l).
  • Choose Standard Series or High Performance Series for more extreme chemistries or greater flow.
  • Weldable installation ensures tamper-evidence.
  • Membrane construction provides needed breathability for gas-scavenging chemicals and off-gassing liquids.

How Gore Vents Neutralize Three Packaging Threats

GORE Packaging Vents safely and reliably relieve pressure imbalances in situations that threaten to deform packaging:

Without venting, pressure build-ups can cause a container to bloat, leak or burst, while under-pressures can cause container collapse.

Changes in the External Environment

Sudden or extreme changes in the external environment will accelerate the deformation.

Without venting that continuously re-balances the internal and external pressures, the dispensing container may collapse.

Reasons to Team Up with Gore

Innovative Membrane Technology

We design and manufacture every vent we sell, and — unlike other suppliers — also every membrane that goes into them. Plus, customers worldwide rely on our robust global supply chain for ready access to the products and support resources they need.

Chemical Application Expertise

Over 25 years of partnering with leading chemical and cap & container manufacturers with technical expertise in off-gassing/oxygen-scavenging chemicals, fluid viscosity, surface tension, and proprietary testing methods such as Residual Airflow and LEP.
