Constant High Data Rate Transfer

GORE® Space Cables, Type SpaceWire, is proven to maintain constant bi-directional, high-speed data transmission up to 400 Mbps with minimal crosstalk, low insertion loss and low skew. They allow data to pass through the cable without significant signal loss using a serial, point-to-point dataline that supports LVDS.

Reliable Signals with Minimal Crosstalk

Designed with specialized features, Type SpaceWire of GORE Space Cables aided in the success of many launches and missions with benefits like:

  • transfer constant bi-directional high data rate signals up to 400 Mbps
  • serial, point-to-point dataline with low voltage differential signaling (LVDS)
  • proven minimal crosstalk, low loss and low skew performance
  • high-strength build tolerates extreme temps, chemicals, abrasion, radiation, more
  • small, low-weight design helps meet challenging mass budgets for more payload
