Pump Tubes

W. L. Gore & Associates makes several high performance tubes for use with peristaltic pumps. These tubes are the longest life tubes in their class. GORE™ High-Resilience Tubing Style 100 provides long life at high pressure without spallation, operating at pressures as high as 100 psi. They are USP Class VI approved and classified nontoxic. An FDA Type II Material Master File is also available for citation. The unique composite construction provides superior burst resistance compared to unreinforced silicone rubber and thermoplastic elastomer tubing. GORE™ High-Resilience Tubing Style 100 CR is the longest lasting, most chemical-resistant peristaltic pump tube. Under transfer conditions, GORE™ High-Resilience Tubing Style 100 CR operates over 50 times longer than any other fluoroelastomer tubing. They last for thousands of hours pumping aggressive chemicals that often attack other tuning materials. USP Class VI approved.
