Molded / Metal Parts

For mechanical robustness, molded and metal parts are the solution. Specially selected plastics give molded parts excellent mechanical robustness and environmental durability. Available in both threaded and snap-fit versions, molded parts can be installed quickly and simply.
In molded parts, the membrane is enclosed in tough plastic housings for versatility and ease of installation.   They are available in several configurations and sizes and contain hydrophobic or oleophobic ePTFE membranes. Molded components comply with safety standards up to IP69k.

New metal housings provide a venting solution for even more demanding applications. These metal parts carry an EX-approval and keep their full functionality even in potentially explosive environments like those sometimes found in the oil and gas industry.
