GORE™ Packaging Vents incorporate the patented GORE™ Membrane made of expanded polytetrafluoroethylene (ePTFE). Its microporous structure prevents liquid penetration while allowing airflow and equalizing pressure. It is biocompatible, chemically inert and non-particulating, with low extractables and low leachables.
