These trays are disposable, eliminating cleaning and cleaning validation associated with stainless steel trays. Additionally, its unique design eliminates product loss due to fly-out through the use of a closed system, further reducing the cleaning and cleaning validation needs of the freeze-dryer.The tray can also be used for intermediate transport and storage.

GORE™ LYOGUARD® Freeze-Drying Trays are constructed of polypropylene and expanded polytetrafluoroethylene (ePTFE) offering the perfect balance between vapor transmission rate and barrier properties. The ePTFE tray surface is:
