Summary
Wilden M8 pump, pumping 30-40 percent H2SO4, 24°-27°C,  four bar air inlet pressure. Previous PTFE overlay lasted 1-2 weeks.

Results
In the initial trial, the ONE-UP pump diaphragm lasted 17 months and was still in service. The plant converted to ONE-UP pump diaphragms.

Industry: Petro-chemical

Summary
Warren Rupp ¾" pump, pumping polyols, ambient to 93°C, six bar air inlet pressure. Previous PTFE overlay lasted 1-2 weeks.

Results
In the initial trial, the ONE-UP pump diaphragm lasted 29 months, and was still in service.
