GORE™ STA-PURE™ Sanitary Gasket is a 100% expanded PTFE (ePTFE) product for sealing critical bioprocesses and enabling pure processing.

Enable Optimized Processing

While in a sanitary fitting during normal processing conditions, a dimensionally unstable gasket will start to intrude into the process stream when under pressure. The gasket continues to deteriorate and intrude as heat is introduced. As the gasket structure and cells start to shear, reduced output and contaminated batches often result.

Engineered with high-purity applications in mind, the GORE™ STA-PURE™ Sanitary Gasket is a USP Class VI and FDA-compliant material comprised of homogeneous ePTFE (no fillers, no binders). This construction helps to achieve the low particulation/spallation and leachable/extractable profiles that are necessary for aseptic processing.
