Customer-specific solutions for special installation situations

For special applications, installation situations frequently occur that result in an expensive geometric modification of the filter elements. The overall expense can often only be calculated in excess of several hundred units. In such cases, the screw-fit SINBRAN® single filter cartridges are the most economical alternative.

GORE® SINBRAN® Single Filter Cartridges

The filter elements are available in almost every flange version from 4 – 18 tubes in series and in any length between 490 – 1.500 mm.

In particularly difficult cases, single cartridges (100 – 1.000 mm) with different screw flanges can be used.

  • Low pressure loss while maintaining high separation: By means of pressure impulse, the dust can be cleaned very efficiently from the surface of the GORE® membrane.

  • Flexible in use: Different flanges and a choice of lengths ensure a wide range of applications for the individual cartridges.
  • Certificates and guidelines: GORE® SINBRAN® filter can be washed and sterilized. If necessary, they can be manufactured according to GMP, FDA or ATEX Guidelines and equipped with a BGIA certificate.
