Simple filtering - Product and Material of GORE® SINBRAN® Filters


Excellent seperation performance and tested quality

GORE® SINBRAN® is BGIA tested and is suitable for use in dust-removing machines and devices of dust class „M“. The microfine structure of the membrane ensures separations in H12 quality (D < 0,1 % which is comparable to a degree of separation of A > 99,9%.



 

The filters are made exclusively of materials that are approved by the FDA for use in the food & beverage industry.

For explosive dust, GORE® SINBRAN® is also offered in an anti-static version conforming to ATEX (R < 108 Ω).


GORE® SINBRAN® requires no adhesives, additives or solvents

The substrate and flange of the GORE® SINBRAN® rigid body are made of polyethylene. Stainless steel is used as the flange reinforcement and silicone rubber and EPDM as the sealing material.

The GORE® Membrane that is laminated onto this substrate consists of high-quality ePTFE (expanded polytetraflourethylene).

  • Low pressure loss: At the above-average filter surface loading of 2 m³/m² min, the loss of pressure when new is less than 2 mbar.
  • 100% PTFE membrane: The material with the best anti-adhesion properties.
  • Long life: With the benefit of over 40 years experience in lamination and processing of GORE® ePTFE membrane, an operationg life in excess of six years is not rarity.
  • Certificates and guidelines: The filters can be washed and sterilized. If necessary, they can be manufactured according to GMP, FDA, or ATEX Guidelines and equipped with a BGIA test certificate.
