Simple filtering - Cleaning of GORE® SINBRAN® Filters

The cleaning facilitates a regeneration of almost 100%

Regardless of whether the cleaning is performed with the filter installed (cleaning-in-place) or removed – one outstanding feature of GORE® SINBRAN® is that the filter elements can be regenerated by cleaning in a very simple way.

In addition, the filter elements can be steam-sterilized at 120°C under certain conditions.

  • The membrane prevents accumulation of dirt: GORE® SINBRAN® elements operate extremely reliably in jet-pulse-systems as dirt virtually never adheres to their PTFE membrane surface. In addition, the membrane prevents penetration of dust into the substrate.
  • Easy washing of surface dirt: The cleaning-in-place (CIP) procedure enables any caked-on dirt to be effectively washed off.
  • Simple cleaning: Thanks to its rigid body, GORE® SINBRAN® is easy to dismantle and extremley easy to clean by hand.
