Cement Finish Mill, High Efficiency Separator
The system is comprised of a 5.6' x 2.6' hydraulic roll press with an 1,800 hp motor, an 18.4' high efficiency SEPAX® separator with a 450 hp motor, and a 14.5' x 25' ball mill with a 3,000 hp motor. The baghouse provides mill sweep and the high efficiency separator ventilation. The conventional filter media operated with a high differential pressure of 8 to 10" H2O, reduced airflows, and an initial production rate of 90 tons per hour decreasing to 50 to 60 tons per hour after six months of filter service.
