Blend of Polytetrafluoroethylene and Polyimide Staple Fiber, 675 g/m2 (20 oz/yd2)
Description
A 260°C (500°F) maximum service temperature (in dry gas conditions), blend of expanded polytetrafluoroethylene and polyimide staple fiber felt filter bag for use in pulse jet style dust collectors.
Features and Benefits
-
Patented GORE™ High Durability membrane technology provides an excellent combination of filtration efficiency, airflow, and durability.
-
High chemical resistance and low shrinkage give good performance in humid environments while extending the range of operating temperature.
-
Constructed using a woven RASTEX® scrim that provides excellent dimensional stability, extended flex life, and resistance to mechanical damage over the life of the filter.
Applications
-
Chemicals Processing: Chemical processes which include drying, grinding, and product collection in extreme environments that are chemically and thermally challenging.
-
Metals Processing: Kilns.
-
Power Generation and Incineration: Medical and municipal waste incineration, as well as coal fired boilers.
