Gore Tenara Architectural Fabric

Made from a unique all fluoropolymer construction, the "waterproof" family of GORE™ TENARA® Architectural Fabrics combines flexibility with complete immunity to UV sunlight, and exceptional textile aesthetic qualities. These aesthetics include high light transmission, availability of custom colors and an exceptional textile look and 'hand', unlike any other architectural fabric available on the market. 

GORE™ TENARA® Architectural Fabric enables the design and construction of long-lasting permanent retractable structures for the first time.  And, the high light transmission can brighten dark interiors with natural day lighting and provide 'landmark' status to up-lit structures at night. 

Ideally suited for retractable, deployable and permanent structures utilizing a wide variety of structural techniques, including fixed & space frame, tensioned cable-edge, geodesic, and stapled panel systems.

Available in two different standard Types (strengths) and light transmissions:

Waterproof

Type 1 (3000 N/5cm / 342 lb/inch)  Type 2 (4000 N/5cm / 456 lb/inch)  
 P/N 3T20 (20% light transmission)  P/N 4T20 (20% light transmission)
 P/N 3T40 (40% light transmission)  P/N 4T40 (40% light transmission)
