Adhesive Backed EMI Gaskets

GORE-SHIELD® adhesive backed EMI gaskets feature CPSA backing and easy installation. They are available in strip form or precision die-cut shapes, and can be applied with Gore automation techniques. GORE-SHIELD® EMI Gaskets are available in four different materials to offer EMI shielding effectiveness from low frequency to 40 GHz and work in solutions ranging from snap-together plated plastic shields to plated magnesium housings.

GORE-SHIELD® Die-Cut Gaskets provide a dimensionally consistent, conformal interface and are particularly well suited for cavity-to-cavity shielding. These die-cuts are ideal for high volume applications and can be installed rapidly and accurately to a cover or board without curing.

GORE-SHIELD® Peel and Stick Strip Gaskets enable you to design and prototype EMI gaskets easily and inexpensively. They are also an excellent alternative to dispensed FIP gaskets and large die-cut gaskets. They are ideal for retrofitting applications and field repairing damaged gaskets.

GORE-SHIELD® EMI Gaskets are available in four different materials: GS8000, GS5200, GS2100, and GS500. Within this material family GORE-SHIELD® EMI Gaskets offer EMI shielding effectiveness from low frequency to 40 GHz and work in solutions ranging from snap-together plated plastic shields to plated magnesium housings.
