Hookup Wire for Space Applications: Cable Type SPP
 Gore's Cable Type SPP is a power wire designed to carry very high current. Cable Type SPP meets ESA/SCC 3901/017. This cable has been used on the International Space Station, Spacelab, BDPU, and Polar Platform. SPP cable uses nickel-coated, oxygen-free conductivity copper conductors for crimping. The cable is available in wire size AWG 0, 4, and 8, with operating voltage of 600 V rms in service temperatures of 200°C to +200°C. The cable's hybrid insulation uses GORE™ expanded PTFE, which offers the greatest ATOX resistance.
Cable Type SPP is available in three variants: 1, 2, and 3.
