Trackless Cable & Assemblies Configured From Standard Components
GORE™ Trackless Cable and Assemblies eliminate the need for cable track while providing a simpler cable management system with small minimum order quantities and short lead times (5 days or less for cable and 10 days for assemblies). GORE™ Trackless Cable and Assemblies are used in applications where flex life reliability is critical. GORE™ Trackless Cable reduces particulation, weight, size, vibration, power requirements, and allows for increased positioning accuracy, faster speeds, quieter motion, consistent installation, and simpler cable management. GORE Trackless Cable and Assemblies will provide your application with reliable flex life reducing expensive equipment downtime and field repair do to cable failure. Gore's extensive material knowledge and design experience provide proven solutions for demanding applications.
Choose from a list of standard options to configure your own Trackless Cable Carrier System. Gore's standard offering includes all of the components necessary to drive and control your motion system: shielded/unshielded power and signal, video, ethernet, fire wire, and pneumatic lines. The bundling of electrical and pneumatic lines into one low profile, self-supporting package allows for a simpler cable management system. Up to 3 cables can be stacked together depending on your system acceleration and stroke length requirements reducing overall footprint. GORE™ Trackless Cable comes ready for termination with standard clamps that can mount right onto your platform. For complete terminated cable assemblies connector options include: D-Sub (standard, high density and combo), BNC, IEEE1394, RJ45, CPC and Mate-n-Lock.

The Online Design Guide
The GORE™ High Flex Flat Cable & GORE™ Trackless Cable Configurator is a step-by-step interactive design guide that enables you to easily choose from Gore's standard offerings and configure a GORE High Flex Flat Cable and Assembly or GORE Trackless Cable and Assembly to meet your specific needs. The design process is simple. Just select your cable cores from the menu of cable cores, choose a configuration, place cores within your cable configuration, choose connectors for complete cable assembly, specifying lengths and submit the specification to Gore.
