GORE® 1.2 mm Simplex Cable design has found usage in a variety of demanding applications. The cable incorporates different optical fibers but has a common design utilizing the expanded PTFE buffer, extruded jacket, and a high strength braid. The most common optical fibers are available in the GORE® 1.2 mm Simplex Cable. Fiber may be specified as either single-mode or multimode; polyimide or acrylate coated; and standard fiber or polarization maintaining fiber.
