Test Fixtures for InfiniBand™ /CX4 Cable Assemblies
 GORE™ InfiniBand test fixtures allow accurate performance testing of InfiniBand copper cable assemblies. Gore offers fixture solutions for the 1X, 4X, 12X connector configurations. Each package includes two fixtures and eight probe assemblies. The fixtures are constructed with high-performance circuit boards with low loss characteristics and are designed to provide the smoothest impedance profile through the receptacle/board and the header/test lead transitions.
Test fixture features:
Boards
- Gore SPEEDBOARD™ C prepreg (Dk of 2.6) for very low signal loss
- Calibration trace on 412X board, allows for subtraction of test fixture losses from test data
- Ultra High Density (UHD) connectors used on signal traces
Low loss UHD-SMA probe assemblies
- Supports test frequencies to 6 GHz
- 50 +/- 1 Ohm impedance
- 19.7 inches in length
- Standard part (HFN1066-A-19.7)
- Ultra low loss UHD-SMA assemblies (50 +/- 0.5 ohm impedance) can be packaged with test fixtures at additional cost
