Infiniband Cable

GORE™ InfiniBand™ Cable Assemblies conform to the electrical, mechanical, and physical specifications and standards established for interconnects in the InfiniBand I/O architecture. These assemblies support aggregate data rates of 10 and 20 Gbps using 4X and 12X connectors.


GORE™  4X and 12X Assemblies conforming to the InfiniBand specification have been made in lengths up to 11 meters. Gore assemblies can be made to longer lengths for customers transmitting conditioned signals via pre-emphasis or other active signal conditioning. Gore has successfully generated IBTA-compliant eye patterns at 25+ meters with pre-emphasis.

GORE™ InfiniBand™ Assemblies provide superior signal fidelity over long distances using the smallest, most flexible cable. The assemblies are engineered to be compliant with the IBTA specifications, and to work beyond the standard InfiniBand data rate (up to 5 Gbits/sec/channel).
