GORE™ EYE-OPENER+® Conductor Technology provides the optimum signal pre-conditioning to Quellan’s active equalization circuitry. This technology significantly improves the eye opening and BER, making GORE™ Extended Reach Cable Assemblies the highest performing, most reliable InfiniBand cables on the market.

Quellan’s Q:ACTIVE® architecture works by compensating for signal impairments associated with long transmission distances. The analog CMOS device is housed within the connector assembly, is extremely low power—just 60 mW/channel, and adds virtually no latency to the overall link.

The technologies combine to liberate system architects, giving them new degrees of freedom to reliably scale HPC clusters with smaller, lighter weight GORE™ Extended Reach Cable Assemblies.
