High fidelity over extended lengths

Gore Low Loss assemblies are industry-standard 0.100 in. packages with up to AWG 22 solid conductors at 100 ohms, providing the lowest loss and highest bandwidth. These assemblies provide the most consistent combination of low loss, crosstalk, skew, and controlled impedance.

Gore provides precision manufacturing, innovative design, and extensive ePTFE dielectric material processing experience. Our automated processing and statistical process control ensures consistent quality and reliability. A specially designed insert-molding process provides rugged strain relief while maintaining electrical integrity.

Stackable housings provide modularity without compromising density or routing. Individual lines are removable, so damaged cables can be repaired or replaced in the field without removing the entire assembly. Low Loss interconnects also can be mixed and matched to various terminations, such as to critical clock signals in data bus applications. GORE 0.100" coaxial clock lines are compatible with the Low Loss packaging concept to achieve the optimal combination of performance and cost.
