The assemblies are engineered to be compliant with the IEEE Draft P802.3ak/D5.3 specification. Standard assemblies are available to purchase online in lengths up to 15-meters and support aggregate data rates of up to 10 Gb/sec (3.125 Gb/sec per channel). All cables use the 4X InfiniBand connector as specified in the SFF-8470 document.
GORE InfiniBand cable assemblies conform to the electrical, mechanical and physical specifications and standards established for interconnects in the InfiniBand I/O architecture. Gore's standard assemblies are available in lengths up to 10-meters using the 4X InfiniBand connector as specified in SFF-8470 and support aggregate data rates of 10Gb/sec.
