We support the aim of the EU legislation called REACH (Registration, Evaluation and Authorization of Chemicals), which is to "ensure a high level of protection of human health and the environment…while enhancing competitiveness and innovation."

REACH is the EU Regulation on chemicals and their safe use (EC 1907/2006). It deals with the Registration, Evaluation, Authorization and Restriction of Chemical substances. The new law entered into force on June 1, 2007.
