    GORE® Portable Electronic Vents has been invited by the International Wireless Consortium to make a presentation to their upcoming conference, Smartphone/Tablet Design for Field Return Prevention--The $6+ Billion Challenge. The conference, held in London from October 26 to 28, will address various topics about improving the durability and reliability of cell phones, smartphones and tablets. Gore's presentation, entitled The Case to Prevent Water Damage, will describe both the technology and rationale for making devices waterproof.
