The integration of apprentices in all areas of our business activities plays an important part in our culture. We see this inclusion as a valuable, two-way process. We consider it very important that you get to know us, so you will follow an initial orientation programme, in which all “fresh faces” within the company take part. We offer training on topics such as communication, correspondence, IT skills as well as English courses – all as part of your learning and development. To reinforce personal and professional development, each associate, including apprentices is assigned a sponsor.
